1. Scope
These terms govern any purchase of FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets, hospitality and travel experiences ("Services") from MundialGo GmbH ("MundialGo", "we", "us"), via mundialgo.com or our authorised partners.
By placing an order you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not accept them, do not proceed with checkout.
1.1 Independent ticketing concierge
MundialGo operates as an independent premium ticketing concierge. Tickets are sourced through vetted resale channels. We are not affiliated with FIFA, host city committees, or competing teams. The FIFA World Cup™ name, emblem and trophy are trademarks of FIFA.
2. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before kick-off on standard match tickets and most experiences. Helicopter and yacht charters: cancel up to 7 days before. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Booking Protection (optional, +$24) extends free cancellation to 24 h before kick-off and covers weather, illness or schedule changes evidenced by independent third-party documentation.
3. Delivery guarantee
E-tickets are delivered by email within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. If a confirmed seat fails before kick-off, MundialGo will at its choice (i) provide an equivalent or upgraded seat at no extra cost, or (ii) refund 100 % of the order amount.
4. Pricing & service fees
Catalog prices are quoted in USD. At checkout, customers can pay in USD or EUR via Stripe using the displayed conversion rate when EUR is selected. Service fees and applicable taxes are itemised before payment — no hidden costs. Prices may change at any time before payment; once confirmed, the charged order amount is final.
5. Source of tickets
MundialGo sources tickets through vetted resale channels and aggregators. We do not claim affiliation with FIFA. Where required, we identify the upstream supplier of a specific ticket on the booking confirmation.
6. Liability
MundialGo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. MundialGo is not liable for indirect damages including travel, accommodation, or visa-related costs incurred independently of our services.
7. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered seat of MundialGo GmbH, except where mandatory consumer protection law of the buyer's country of residence applies.
