1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MundialGo website at mundialgo.com, our mobile interfaces, the e-mail confirmations we send, and any transaction completed through them (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by INA TRADE SRL, a Belgian limited liability company registered at Lindestraat 42, 1640 Sint-Genesius-Rode, Belgium, VAT BE0679675832 ("MundialGo", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, browsing the Services, or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services and do not proceed with checkout. Where a translation of these Terms in French or Spanish is provided, the English version prevails in case of conflict, except where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
2. Independent Reseller and Secondary Marketplace Status
MundialGo is an independent reseller operating a secondary marketplace for tickets, hospitality packages, and travel experiences related to the 2026 international football tournament held in the United States. We are not the primary seller, the official ticketing agent, or an authorised distributor of any event covered by the Services.
Tickets and packages listed through MundialGo are sourced from a vetted network of third-party resellers, hospitality operators, venue partners, and travel suppliers. Our role is to aggregate available inventory, present it in a consolidated catalog with transparent pricing, and provide a concierge-style booking experience backed by our delivery guarantee.
3. Non-Affiliation Disclosure
MundialGo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to FIFA, the FIFA World Cup™, any national football federation, any participating team, any host city committee, any host venue, any tournament organiser, or any official primary ticket seller. References on the Services to teams, venues, stadiums, cities, or events are made purely for the factual purpose of identifying the product offered for resale.
The FIFA World Cup™ name, official emblem, trophy silhouette, mascot, and related marks remain the intellectual property of FIFA. Names of competing national federations, member associations, host venues, and host cities are the property of their respective rights holders. No claim of ownership, partnership, or affiliation is made by us with respect to those marks.
4. Eligibility and Account
To use the Services and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. When you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (full name as on a government ID, e-mail address, telephone number with country code, billing address, and where requested, nationality and date of birth).
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account, refuse an order, or cancel a confirmed transaction (with full refund) where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, payment dispute abuse, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
5. All-in Pricing and Total Charges
Prices displayed on the match listing pages, match detail pages, cart drawer, and checkout page are all-in prices: they already include any service fees, platform fees, and taxes we apply. The amount you are charged at checkout equals the price you saw on the landing page, with no additional fees added before you provide payment information.
Prices are quoted in United States dollars (USD). At checkout you may elect to be charged in euro (EUR), in which case the EUR amount is computed at the conversion rate displayed at the time of order confirmation and is the amount captured by your card issuer.
Resale ticket prices are typically higher than the face value originally set by the primary seller, reflecting demand, scarcity, and the cost of secondary-market sourcing. In limited cases they may also be lower than face value. Prices may change at any moment before you complete checkout; once an order is confirmed, the captured amount is final.
6. Order Placement and Confirmation
Placing items in your cart does not constitute an order. Your order is created when you submit the checkout form and is binding once payment is captured by Stripe. Within thirty (30) minutes of payment capture you will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing the booking reference, a breakdown of items purchased, and a secure receipt link.
For most fixtures and ticket categories the order is confirmed automatically against live inventory at the time of payment. For inquire-only items (suites, custom hospitality packages, certain travel experiences, group bookings), the order is contingent on our supplier confirming availability. We will respond with confirmation or, if we cannot fulfil the order, a full refund within five (5) business days.
7. Ticket Source and Verification
We source ticket inventory through vetted secondary marketplaces, accredited resellers, hospitality operators, and travel partners. Each source is reviewed against fraud-prevention criteria and a transfer-process verification before being added to our catalog. Where required by law or where the supplier requests disclosure, the upstream source of an individual ticket is identified on the order confirmation.
Tickets listed on the Services have been obtained lawfully by the seller. We do not knowingly list tickets obtained in violation of the United States Better Online Ticket Sales Act of 2016 (BOTS Act), or equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions. We do not list will-call-only tickets or tickets that contractually cannot be transferred outside the venue's primary system.
8. Delivery
Standard match tickets are delivered electronically (e-tickets, mobile-wallet passes, or PDFs depending on the supplier's delivery method) to the e-mail address provided at checkout, typically within thirty (30) minutes of payment confirmation. For fixtures where the supplier releases tickets only closer to the event date, the delivery window is communicated on the order confirmation and tickets are sent no later than seventy-two (72) hours before kick-off.
If a confirmed seat fails before kick-off (for example because the upstream supplier defaults), MundialGo will, at our sole choice and at no additional cost to you, either (i) provide an equivalent or upgraded seat for the same match, or (ii) refund 100 % of the order amount paid for the affected ticket.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Standard match tickets and most experiences are eligible for free cancellation up to forty-eight (48) hours before kick-off. Helicopter charters and yacht charters require cancellation at least seven (7) days before the booked date. Inquire-only items follow the cancellation policy stated on the confirmation e-mail for that order. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five (5) business days of cancellation acceptance.
EU consumers benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply to leisure services for a specific date or period (such as match tickets and hospitality packages tied to a fixed kick-off), in accordance with Article 16(l) of the Directive. The cancellation windows above are our voluntary commercial policy, more generous than the statutory floor.
10. Booking Protection (optional)
Booking Protection is an optional add-on (currently $24 USD per booking) that extends the cancellation window to twenty-four (24) hours before kick-off. It additionally covers refund eligibility for documented weather emergencies, illness preventing attendance, or schedule changes affecting your ability to attend, subject to third-party documentation that we may request. Booking Protection does not cover voluntary changes of plans without supporting documentation. All refund requests remain subject to the receiving provider's terms.
11. Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Rescheduling
If a match or experience is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by the primary organiser, the venue, or any competent authority, MundialGo will offer you, at our choice and as applicable, one of the following remedies: (i) a refund of the order amount paid for the affected items, (ii) credit toward an equivalent future booking, or (iii) tickets to the rescheduled or relocated event. Notice will be sent to the e-mail address on the order.
A material change in venue, kick-off date, or competition format may, at our discretion, also trigger remedy (i) above. We are not liable for ancillary costs incurred independently of the Services, such as travel, accommodation, ground transportation, visa, or insurance expenses.
12. Buyer Conduct and Acceptable Use
By using the Services you agree not to: (a) resell tickets purchased through MundialGo via competing platforms in violation of the venue's transfer rules; (b) use bots, scrapers, scripts, or automated tools to access the Services or place orders, in violation of the BOTS Act or any equivalent statute; (c) misrepresent your identity, age, or country of residence; (d) attempt to defraud the payment-processing system, including by initiating chargebacks for completed orders that were validly delivered; (e) engage in conduct at the venue that violates the venue's code of conduct, in which case MundialGo bears no responsibility for ejection or non-admission; (f) attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the Services or with other users' access to them.
13. Buyer Guarantee Summary
Every order placed through MundialGo benefits from the following guarantees, summarised here for clarity and provided in full under the Sections referenced:
- Delivery guarantee (Section 8): equivalent or upgraded seat, or full refund, if a confirmed seat fails before kick-off.
- Refund eligibility (Sections 9 and 11): refund to the original payment method if you cancel within the cancellation window, or if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
- Payment security: all payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. on PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure. We never see or store your full card number.
- 24/7 multilingual support: live concierge assistance in English, French, and Spanish via info@mundialgo.com, with a target response time of four (4) minutes.
- All-in pricing (Section 5): no service fee or estimated tax is added between the price you see on the landing page and the price you pay at checkout.
14. Force Majeure
Neither MundialGo nor you shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance attributable to events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil disturbance, government action, regulatory restrictions, public health emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruption, internet or payment-network outage, or any other force majeure event. Where a force majeure event affects an order, we will issue a refund or alternative arrangement as set out in Section 11.
15. Intellectual Property and Trademark Acknowledgments
All content, layout, copy, graphic design, photographs commissioned by us, software, and arrangements available through the Services are owned by INA TRADE SRL or licensed to us, and are protected by Belgian, European Union, and international intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
Trademarks belonging to FIFA (including "FIFA", "FIFA World Cup™", the official emblem, and the trophy silhouette), to national football federations, to participating teams, to host venues (SoFi Stadium, Hard Rock Stadium, MetLife Stadium, and others), and to host cities are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them on the Services is made strictly for the factual purpose of describing the inventory we resell. No license is granted to you to use those marks.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data we collect through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. INA TRADE SRL is the data controller for personal data collected via mundialgo.com. You may exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by e-mailing us at info@mundialgo.com. Complaints may be lodged with the data protection authority of your country of residence; in Belgium, the APD/GBA at autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MundialGo's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, regardless of legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question. MundialGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: travel expenses, accommodation, visa or immigration costs, transportation to or from venues, lost earnings, loss of enjoyment, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in this Section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MundialGo, INA TRADE SRL, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from any third-party claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right (including any venue's code of conduct or any host city ordinance).
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contractual or non-contractual obligation arising from them are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered seat of INA TRADE SRL in Belgium. Nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the consumer-protection law in force in your country of habitual residence, where applicable.
20. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@mundialgo.com to attempt a good-faith resolution within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. EU consumers may also submit a complaint to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

MundialGo endeavours to make the Services accessible to users with disabilities and follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target. If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using the Services, please contact info@mundialgo.com so we can assist you with your booking and improve the platform.
22. Modifications to These Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Services, applicable law, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated by e-mail to active account holders at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, and posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Imprint, constitute the entire agreement between you and MundialGo concerning your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign or transfer them in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger, sale of assets, or to a successor entity.
