When will I receive my e-tickets?+
E-tickets are sent to your email within 30 minutes of payment confirmation — usually faster. Check your spam folder if you don't see them. The confirmation email includes a private link to manage your booking — keep that email.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before kick-off on standard tickets and most experiences. Helicopter and yacht charters: cancel up to 7 days before. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We use Stripe for secure 256-bit SSL payments in USD or EUR: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. SEPA bank transfer is available for orders over $5,000 — contact info@mundialgo.com to arrange.
Is MundialGo an authorised reseller?+
MundialGo is an independent premium ticketing concierge based in Germany (MundialGo GmbH, Stuttgart). We source tickets through vetted resale channels and back every order with our delivery guarantee — full refund if we can't deliver. We are not affiliated with FIFA.
Can I book a Suite, hospitality or yacht charter?+

I'm travelling — do you provide visas / hotels?+
We focus on tickets and matchday experiences (transfers, hospitality, helicopter tours, eSIM). For hotels and visa logistics, we partner with selected travel agencies — message info@mundialgo.com and we'll connect you.
I forgot which email I used for my order.+
Reply to your booking confirmation email or send us your full name + the city/match you booked. We'll find your order and resend the e-tickets to whichever email you prefer.
What if my seat fails on match day?+
Our delivery guarantee covers this: if a confirmed seat fails before kick-off, we either provide an equivalent or upgraded seat at no extra cost, or refund 100% of the order amount. Call our 24/7 hotline immediately.
